Shipping costs are calculated as 10% of the order total on most items.  (Exclusions apply: clay, furniture, equipment, etc.  Items with above average shipping costs will be noted in the item description.) 

Orders under $20 will be charged a $5 surcharge

Return Policy...

Returns are allowed on unopened items in the original package in resalable condition within 10 (ten) days of date of purchase for store credit only.  A 15% restocking fee will apply.  Store credit must be redeemed within 6 months from date issued.
